Training Screen
The Training screen provides more detailed information on the current training session than the Recorder screen. It lists all relevant training parameters:
| Parameter | Explanation |
| avg spd ac | average active speed for the training session, i.e. distance divided by active time |
| avg spd to | average total speed for the training session, i.e. distance divided by total time |
| max spd | maximum speed |
| T tot | stopwatch time |
| T act | active time: stopwatch time minus the timespans when the GPS device did not record any movement (meaning that you were making a pause or waiting at the traffic light) |
| T lap | lap time: stopwatch for the current lap |
| cal | the calories burnt by this training so far; calorie consumption depends on: age, weight, gender, kind of sport you're doing and of course the training distance and time |
| dist | training distance so far |
| alt min | minimum altitude in the current training session |
| alt max | maximum altitude in the current training session |
| ascent | accumulated altitude difference going upward |
| descent | accumulated altitude difference going downward |
| speed | the current speed; smoothing is applied on this value, see also Speed Configuration; the current size of the adaptive smoothing buffer is also supplied (in seconds) |
| gps spd | the speed value coming directly from the GPS device |
| altitude | current altitude |
| odo | the total accumulated distance of all your training sessions, independent of which kind of sport you were doing; to get a per-sport summary, use Run.GPS Analyzer |
Diagram options:
NB: in the square screen edition, the diagram is to be found on an extra screen
You can change the diagram settings by holding your stylus on the diagram. You can select different ranges for the diagram and choose between speed and altitude display. If you select "Follow", the diagram will always display the latest values. If you select "Autorange", the diagram will show the currently displayed range in full resolution.
