Ultimate Smartphones: O2 XDA orbit (and T-Mobile MDA Compact III)

The O2 XDA orbit has everything you might dream of. It is definitely among the most complete PDAs ever built. It has

Quite similar to this is the T-Mobile MDA Compact III. The only difference is that the MDA does not have WLAN capabilities. Both devices come from HTC and are also sold by HTC as "HTC P3300".

If you buy one of these, you can do the following cool things:

• take the Smartphone with you when doing sports (it is very small, - no problem to find a proper belt for that one)
• listen to music when running in the forest (and at the same time get your current speed, distance and so on over the headphone)
• make photographs while on tour
• when going in your car, use the device as car navigation (yes, TomTom 6 is included)
• buy yourself a 1 GB micro SD card (very cheap now) and take the entire Wikipedia text version with you (this is very useful)
• browse the web (if you have the XDA orbit with WLAN)
• read your emails with Pocket Outlook
• do the usual office stuff with Pocket Word, Pocket Excel and Pocket Power Point
