Solved: Storage Memory Issue

I thought I would post my solution for the benefit of others.

I have installed RunGPS on my SD card and not in Memory. When I checked the available free Storage in memory it was down to 12 MB. I assume that this space is needed when the program is running to hold acquired data.

I downloaded, installed and ran a program called "MemMaid", it freed up a further 20MB of storage memory. Since then RunGPS has been working OK.

Is there anyway of finding out why RunGPS stops abnormally? or maybe this could be considered for future releases!!

After having used RunGPS for 2 years in my ASUS Pocket PC using Windows Mobile 5, I have recently been experiencing a shut down of RunGPS before the training session is stopped.
I upgraded to the latest version but the problem still exists.
Training is recorded for various durations eg 45 mins before stopping and seems not to be related to Power Settings which are only a few minutes.
When I start a training session I lock the screen. I also have the Buttons disabled, so somehow the stopping of the program is internal.
Am I the only person experiencing this problem ?
Suggestions/Solutions would be appreciated!
