I have this bluetooth ordered from Aliexpress, but am disappointed for its not working and with few damages. Its not worth my money:(. Now i have ordered the itemfrom chinebuye, its working fine and comfortable using. But my money lost is not returned from Aliexpress!
I have one. The unit is pretty comfortable too but as of now, it does not seem to be supported by the Rungps software. Admin has promised support at a later date (see below).
Just got my Zephyr HxM last week and wore it and my existing Sports Instruments HRM at the same time, the Zephyr matched the heart rate on the SI device, although it seemed to lag the SI device by about 1-2 seconds in Run.GPS when there was a change in heart rate. I have to say though the Zephyr belt is a LOT more comfortable that my SI one.
What's advantage to this Kyoto unit? It's more expensive than the Zephyr (US$99 + shipping) and it doesn't have the multi axis accelerometer like the Zephyr does for use indoors. I just ordered one a couple of days ago, now that Zephyr finally has stock again.
Speaking of which does Run.GPS make use of the accelerometer data to determine distance when running say on an indoor treadmill? I've seen comments here suggesting it doesn't....
Bluetooth heart rate monitor is available now. We even can get it online.
