the red number means the difference to the month before. So if you actually have for example 6,6 (-0,8) you hade an activity level of 5,8 one month before.
I am not sure that I understand what you mean.
Are you saying that when your level for example is 10(-3.0), your level till now is 10, but that the level of the last training is 3.0 below your average level of 10?
I don't think it works like that because today I had a faster training then general with the same distance, but my level and specialy the red number in brackets is exact the same as yesterday, 6.6 (-0.7)
The way I analyzed it is if the level is like 10(-3.0), your current level should be at around 7.0 with average
progression this means you move up so fast in the rankings. if it is like 11.0(+.9) your ideal position should
have been 11.9 this means you were so active then you stopped exercising or not input your workout in Run
Gps.
I am not sure about that. For example yesterday my activity level was 6,6 (-0,8). 6,6 shows already dat I am 40% from the next level 7, but this (-0,8) means minus 80%?. Or is it actual 6,62 (80% from 6,6 to 6,7. But that makes it to precise.
It is a little bit confusing. Actually 6,6 is already enough information.
Maybe the person who implemented this number in the webpage can explane?
New with the activity rating is that your activity level not only shows a picture but also level numbers. The first number is clear, but what is the meaning of the second number, the red number between brackets.
Can someone explain this?
