actually, I had thought of that about 2 seconds after posting. Have been tinkering around a bit with it this morning, and think I've got it hammered out
I can tell because the number of characters is different. For example, say my password has 8 characters, when I go to change it only 5 characters are displayed (*****).
Leads one to think that the correct password my not be being stored
How can you see it's the wrong password? It's displayed only as "*****".
Maybe you have trouble with your network connection and this is the reason why the upload fails. Please check if you have internet access with the web browser on the device.
On the user configuration setting, I have tried to change my password, and it seems like ti worked, but when you go back in, you see that it is in fact still storing the old password and not the new one. I'm unable to upload to the portal, since it's trying to use the wrong (i.e. old) password to authenticate. Is anyone else having this problem? How do I fiex it. Have tried unistalling and reinstalling, with no luck. Help
