Tom,
Thanks for your help and sorry not to search the manual first. According to your method, the GPS receiver can be connected well now. Thanks again.
For this device, please follow section 3.8.5 GPS Setup on a Smartphone with External GPS Device from the Run.GPS manual (http://downloads.rungps.net/TrainerUVManual_2.0.7.pdf). You need to create a serial COM port via Bluetooth and *then* choose that port in Run.GPS. It's a bit complicated in Win Mobile for Smartphones.
Hi all,
I'm very interesting about the software. And I download the trial Run.GPS, then install it in my smartphone HP iPAQ 512 with the Bluetooth GPS receiver RoyalTek RBT-1000. Unfortunately, Run.GPS doesn't seem to work well with the GPS receiver. I use the Windlow managed option to connect the receiver, and the voice says the receiver is connected. But the statellite signal always shows no fix. The navigation software can locate well with the recievier at the same time. Then I try to select the COM port by myself, but no one can connect correctly. Does anyone know how to solve the problem? I'll really appreicate your help.
