running in Rome, Italy

Hello,
I plan to have a trip to Rome 4-8th of March, and am intereseted in taking a part in any run in Rome, any idea if anything will be during that weekend? I cant find any runs calendar, could you support me? Maybe there is any running freak who could meet me one of those days morning and lead for a 10-20km sightseeing run?
