Training session in training plan
Does anyone know if it's possible, or will it be in the future, that you can add in your training plan a session with interval training.
Example, warming up 3 km then 400 m fast (pace 1) 400 slow 300 meters fast (pace 2) etc. I think now its only possible to add a training for a only distance or time spam at a certain pace per session.
I saw in the app that you can add interval training (still need to go and test it), so i must adjust my remark, question is now is it possible to make a training session with interval using the internet site as it is possible to make a trainings schedule and plan a route?
