If you resume and upload again, it will overwrite the already uploaded training. In the case of Dropbox, the file is simply overwritten. In the cases of Smashrun and Google Fit, the activity is identified by an ID and is also overwritten, so no duplicated will be produced.
So, everytime i press the pause button on my watch my workout will auto upload?
But what happens when i resume my workout (press play button on my watch) Will it upload a second workout?
Did you try manually uploading to these services (Online Services >> Sync to portal)? In each case, a browser window should pop up asking you to enter credentials.
If that doesn't work, please post your device type / version and operating system version here wo we can check it.
Currently we're working on a syncing module for Google Fit and the new release will also support auto-sync (training is uploaded each time you press the stop button).
Auto-sync will be possible for gps-sport.net and for Smashrun.com. And also would be for Dropbox, I guess.

I agree!
I agree! I too have been asking for activity syncing with other apps and services such as Tapiriik. http://www.gps-sport.net/forums/thread/2871-0/
Syncing to Dropbox would be a quick compromise if we can select the folder to upload the activity data to.
Tapiriik has been storing activity in the Apps/Tapiriik folder in dropbox as TCX files
At an absolute minimum, I would be happy if the Run.GPS app could automatically save my activity in TCX format somewhere on my Android device so I can set up an autosync with Dropbox with a thirdparty app such as foldersync.
