I bought a Heart Rate Monitor from rungps.net. A week later (I´m from Spain) I got the package, but inside it there was a Heart Rate Monitor different than I bought.
I contact Customer Support about the problem and the next working day they told me that they´re sorry and this error should not happen, of course.
They sent me the product I bought the same day they answer my and ask me to return the wrong product I receive, returning the shipping cost to me.
Just want to share this experience. 10/10 from Customer Support.
