Only the developers of Tapiriik can decide with which services they'll enable synchronizing. But yes, you can enable auto synchronization to both gps-sport.net and Dropbox. If you're uploading manually with Online Services >> Sync to portal you'd need to do it one after another. To use/ upload activites to dropbox means that I don't synchronize my sport activities with gps-sport.net anymore.
