Can you do this for GPS.RUN?

Hi,
The Garmin Forerunner 405 - GPS Watch & Heart Rate Monitor has all the functions I and most people want: GPS + HRM.
BUT: I and most people do not want to spend another 300+ EURO/USD since most of us have PPC and GPS already and plus we like RUN.GPS!!
The only thing RUN.GPS needs is: Heart rate online monitoring!
Is there any strap/strapless infrared HRM on the market? Or is there any solution to online-monitor and display HR using Run.GPS?
