The problem seems to occur while reading in the user profile - maybe it is corrupted. Try deleting the file "/SD-Card/My Documents/Run.GPS/users/uv-user/user.xml". The name of the "SD-Card" may vary. You will lose your personal settings, but Run.GPS should run again.

We'll try to make this more robust in the coming release.

Run.gps crash

Hi,
I have used Run GPS (2.2.6) for 1-2 weeks and it has worked fine. Now when I start the app I get an error msg (in Swedish) saying that there is an unexpected error in run.gps.traineruv.exe.
There is an info button, where it says
run.gps.traineruv.exe
nullreferenceexception
at g.f()
at gg..ctor()
at dw.ah()
at cv.at()
at cq..ctor()
at eq.a()
I have reset and reinstalled the mobile (TyTn II with Windows mobile 6.1)
An ideas why run.gps does crash when starting up?

Sorry, this was maybe not correct to post this here. Sorry about that, hope you can give me a quick answer anyway.

Yes it will work as you say.

Your Run.GPS though will probably change - so you'll need a new licence key. You can activate your new key using the activation link from the original order confirmation email. If you don't have it any more, please use this form:

It's also a good idea to backup the whole data directory '/SD-CardOrSimilar/My Documents/Run.GPS' - just in case.

I have a XV6800 (HTC Titan), and am planning a ROM update so I can use the internal GPS. I have Run.GPS installed on the storage card, so I was planning on reinstalling Run.GPS after the ROM update, hoping that the installation picks up the existing data on the card, just like installing a new version of Run.GPS. Is this a correct assumption?

Also, although I have Sprite backup installed, I have heard that restoring to a new ROM version is sometimes problematic, so I was just planning on reinstalling my programs - not a big deal since I don't have too many programs installed.
