Not sure if this is in the right forum, but it's about the software so I thought it was a good place to try!
I'm sure a lot of us have heard about Google's Android platform for mobile devices, and the first handsets should be available from the end of this year. It's another operating system, like Windows Mobile and OS X on the iPhone, only it's open source and is designed to get better performance out of lower specced phones (like Linux on PCs).
I was just wondering, since there's an Android SDK avaialable for developing programs for when it finally comes out, is there anyone working on an Android compatible version of Run.GPS? I get the feeling that when Android finally releases there will be quite a few people happy to shift their older (and some newer phones that people aren't happy with) over to Android, and I'd consider it but couldn't live without Run.GPS now that I've found it!
