That did the trick. Seems that RunGPS threads are still active if I have music running through my BT headphones. I used the lock button on RunGPS when cycling and it logged perfectly.

I use the standby button when I am running, and GPS data still gets logged. Could be that when I am running I also have MediaPlayer running music to my bluetooth headphones. Maybe that is keeping the device active? I don't use the headphones when cycling - for safety reasons....
I'll try a cycle without putting it in standby. Sounds like that could be the issue....

How do you turn off the display? It must be turned off using the little lock symbol.
If you press the "standby" button on the device, logging will stop because all threads
are frozen.
I've been struggling with this for a while now with no progress. Everything works fine logging data for a run, but if I jump on my cycle I just don't seem to get any data logged, other than the time.
Is this a configuration issue? I am using a HTC Touch Pro with it's internal GPS.
