That works for uploading routes, but it does not work for training files. Whilst Run.GPS will export a GPX file with the location, speed and timestamps in it, there is no way of adding that as a training item so that it will appear in your list of completed rides.
You can continue an existing training record like this:
- restart Run.GPS
- Select the main menu (the gear in the bottom right corner).
- Select "training log and plan"
- Select the traning record that you were working on.
- Select "Load Training"
- It will then take you back to the Recorder screen with the trainging record loaded and when you hit start it will continue that training record from where you left off.
It's not possible to combine both on the GPs-Sport.net portal. But you can combine both files into one track file using the free "GPS Trackmaker". You can upload it as a route afterwards.
Therefore I'd like to make a feature request to do so:
I can see the training on the PDA, select this one. Then I
chose "merge Training with..." and I have -one- Training,
the old one will be marked as "old" and the "old" one is not
uploadable, only the new file can be send to Run.GPS
PDA crashed - how to create 1 training log from 2 training files.
My PDA crashed in the middle of a training session resulting in 2 training files. How can I combine these to produce the 1 training file for the whole cycle ride?
I have tried appending the CSV exports but I don't know how to upload this to GPS-sport.net.
