Authentification échouée

Lors de la tentatives synchronisation des données entre un smartphone android et mon PC je reçois le message suivant "Authentification échouée. SVP enregistrez-vous sur GPS-Sport.net et donnez un nom d’utilisateur/mot de passe correct dans la configuration d'utilisateur.
Sachant que je suis certain de ces dernières informations (ressaisies plusieurs fois) quelqu'un aurait une idée pour me permettre d'utiliser le logiciel pleinement ?

If your username / password is right and the GPS-Sport.net is also confirmed (confirmation email), this would usually mean that there is a problem with your internet connection on the device. You can check the internet connection by opening a page in the device's web browser.

Check the device is connected to PC through ActiveSinc (if you are using WM), the password is case sensitive and is worth to check one more time. Sometimes my device also shows me message about wrong authentication, but with the second-third attempt it succeeds.

if I want to upload a training i got the message that the authentification is wrong. But I did register on the website and gave the right username and password in my userconfiguration. What do I do wrong? (I do have a HTC)
